I come from a country where we truly value a good charcoal-grilled chicken with fries, and this is the best I’ve had so far in New Zealand. Unfortunately, I moved from Kumeu, and my heart broke thinking I wouldn’t have them close anymore. But I still come all the way from Paremoremo to buy here. God bless your chicken, the owner of the place, and the wonderful team who serves!

The burgers we had were the perfect example of a traditional takeaways. Fresh buns lightly toasted, crispy lettuce and a homemade meat patty. My wife got the chicken burger and it had a large piece of breast meat.

These guys mean business and always deliver top quality food. I have eaten here countless times over the years and have never been disappointed. I always tend to order a chicken burger with fries and a soft drink. It works for me just fine, and what I love most is the freshness. Everything is freshly made, prices are good and I cannot fault them. Service and atmosphere are terrific as well, and as Kumeū continues to grow I hope they get even more customers.

these guys are incredible!! i’ve been coming here for years and the food is always insanely good and fresh. serving sizes are great also. lovely owners, can’t wait for my next burger!!
